Oil and gas storage services
In order to fulfill the growing demand for gas as a cleaner conventional fuel and to contribute to energy security, we are extending our storage of both oil and gas. As a result, we offer the essential infrastructure for this expanding gas trade, where demand is coming mostly from the petrochemical, power, and residential sectors.
Our primary end markets are manufacturing and energy, for which we offer storage and handling services. ADNOC Petroleum Storage Tank’s function in clients’ supply networks is to act as a reliable connection. Our terminals are essential to the provision of essential goods to individuals and communities worldwide. There are now four different types of terminals at ADNOC Petroleum Storage Tank: gas, industrial, chemicals, and oil. In addition to greenfield developments for new energies and sustainable feedstocks, several of these terminal types currently store and handle new energies and sustainable feedstocks. In the future, the share of sustainable products at all existing facilities will increase. Our suppliers range from local service and construction companies to internationally recognized vendors used for IT automation and equipment.
Products we store
We store and handle a variety of liquid and gas products. These include:
- Chemicals (e.g. methanol, xylenes, styrene, alpha olefins, mono-ethylene glycol (MEG));
- Gas (e.g. LNG, LPG, ethylene, butadiene, ammonia);
- Oil products (crude oil, fuel oil, diesel, jet fuel, gasoline, naphtha);
- Vegoils and biofuels (e.g. ethanol, biodiesel, sustainable aviation fuel).
Our customers
Producers, manufacturers, distributors, governments, and traders are among our clientele. Among them are well-known chemical and energy enterprises on a national, regional, and worldwide scale. The majority of our clients have been with us for many years. The distribution networks and national grids are directly connected to the ADNOC Petroleum Storage Tank terminals. We deal with feedstock (items processed in industrial processes) in many circumstances; in other cases, end consumers receive the products directly. ADNOC Petroleum Storage Tank’s function in clients’ supply networks is to act as a reliable connection. A significant portion of our business is long-term; contracts for industrial and gas terminals usually last five to twenty years. In the liquid tank terminal industry, storage and handling agreements are typically provided as services rather than as leases.
